- Guided the Agile transformation of an international team of 30 developers in India into four Scrum teams.
- Achieved significant progress in a short time despite complex remote coordination.
- After the transfer to Asia, initiated a new product in Europe ("Polestar") with a strict MVP delivery deadline (June 2022).
- Introduced a Simplified Scaled Polestar Framework (inspired by SAFe) with short iterations and inspect & adapt cycles.
- Enabled teams to deliver the first release on time with a strong focus on customer value.
- Successfully set up and facilitated PI Plannings with emphasis on roadmap and commercial goals.
- Continuously worked on team maturity, ownership, and mutual independence.
